1. Never let anyone get used to treating you poorly.
Don't let anyone make you second guess yourself. Be secure in who you are and don't tolerate disrespect.
2. Never ignore 'red flags' in relationship.
Red flags may directly indicate that a person is mentally or emotionally manipulative and toxic to be in a relationship with you. They are the 'warning signs'.
3. Never allow anyone control or authority over your life.
You can stop allowing people to control your life by acknowledging your choices and taking responsibilities over your emotions.
4. Never forget to make yourself a priority and make self care a necessity.
Some tips for self care include:eating healthy foods, exercising regularly, getting enough sleep, avoiding drugs and alcohol among others.
5. Never let temporary pleasure, deter you from doing the will ultimately be more rewarding.
6. Never continually trust people who have shown you they can't be trusted.
When you trust someone, it means that you believe they are dependable, reliable and honest. If someone is not trust worth never waste time with them.
7. Never say 'yes' to everyone when you truly want to say 'no'.
You should live your life for you not for anyone else. Don't let the fear of being judged, rejected or disliked stop you from being yourself by saying yes instead of 'no'.
8. Never ignore your instinct or gut feelings.
Listen carefully to gut feeling. Your instincts can always sense when you're in danger and it can help you avoid a lot of potentially dangerous situations.
